I ate at 10 then I was just sitting on it went to sleep at 12 then I wake up stomach ache the smell of my stomach acid mixed with the crappy ass mcdonalds smells like sh*t and I’m throwing up at 4 in the morning and I just threw up again 9:30 am  | Symptoms: Vomiting

kids happy meals...kid told me the burger tasted "funny" ...told them stop being silly and eat. one refused...hes fine. older brother is on round eight or nine of vomiting with cramping so far and its only 345 am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a 20 pc.Chicken Mcnugget , and (sweet n sour ,n bar b que sauces).as I was neering to finish, my stomach turned,n bubbled n I felt I had to use restroom right away!! I was sweating on toilet ,feeling very sick!!diarrhea 100%%%!!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
