I had a Big Mac sandwich with my friend, who ordered the nuggets, around 11 or so after I had gotten off work. I felt okay after that and went to bed but once I woke up I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea ever since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My wife and I both had a chicken burger about 1.30 pm on sat 18th feb we both started being ill about 3hours later we spent rest of our holiday I’ll and returned home still poorly finally got to see doctor who took samples confirming poultry food poiening we are both still unwell 2weeks later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to McDonald’s last night (03/01/18) my brother ordered a signature siracha with beef and I got a Big Mac. 3-4 hours later if not sooner I woke up with a severe stomachache and nausea, keep throwing up non stop, my simptoms persists, beware.
