Today I had a Delux McChicken with no tomato and added cheese and pickles and a root beer. I ate the sandwich around 6:30pm 7/29 and had about a 1/3 of the soda. I have been having all the symptoms above since about midnight with repeated vomiting sessions.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I ordered 2 mcchickens, which I have done several times before. The next day I began experiencing extreme stomach cramps, jolts of pain in stomach and bowels, nausea, and extreme headache. This has now lasted for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
