I went to McDonalds with two friends, ate 9er nuggets and fries there. After about 12 hours I became very ill and had to stay over several times. I had diarrhea all night long and couldn't sleep.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Started at 2:16am today and is still ongoing now I had McDonald’s for dinner around 11pm that’s the only thing that I don’t usually eat I had the Caesar wrap fries and a couple of chicken nuggets everything tasted fine but as I mentioned that is the only thing I wouldn’t normally eat in my diet  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
