After a quick chicken burger at McDonald's in Dannenberg, I had bad symptoms, vomiting for hours, stomach cramps, diarrhea, cold showers, and insomnia. I am of the opinion that such problems should not arise in fast restaurants or other snack bars.

McDonald's, we've been suffering from nausea, vomiting and diarrhea ever since!

5 hours of diarrhea and violent nausea
Started 2 hours after the evening meal (only a mac donalds menu) for only one person: the one who had had the big tasty at the mc donalds drive in Hanches (department 28). Twelve hours later the person is still ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a double and single cheeseburger, some fries and had a chocolate thickshake at around 8:30pm, Friday 15th September. Within a couple hours, started experiencing symptoms of elevated temperature, cramping and stomach and head aches. Around 1am started experiencing more severe cramps, nausea and diarrhoea, then vomiting.
