At 8:30pm Monday night. Ordered a burrito. Rice, black beans,chicken, corn salsa, light red salsa, green salsa, shredded cheese and lettuce. My neighbor had it for lunch...His wife had to rush him to the hospital where he will remain for 2 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... Very sick!!!
