Ordered a Dragon Fruit Smoothie and a Baja Chicken wrap with no onions. 30 minutes later developed a headache. An hour later I was having diarrhea and nausea. About an hour and a half later I was projectile vomiting with all of the other symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I order detoxed smoothie with kale and spinach and got sick right after it’s very critical for me I’m 26 weeks pregnant.
