i did not even finish my chicken nuggets because they started to taste funny. i took a nap and woke up to take a shower and when i woke up i had the worst stomach cramps and have been in the bathroom for over an hour now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Stopped for lunch, ordered chic nuggets with BBQ sauce. About 4-5 hrs later I was throwing up with severe stomach pain. I am still recovering and it's been 3 days since I ate it. Everyone else ate the same thing, except the sauce. So I would say… See more

I went to Wendy's last night to get a 4 for 4. I went to sleep an hour after digesting. When I woke up in the morning I had diarrhea and I was vomiting. I read online that if it last more than two days, I should go to a hospital. I bought the food on October 13 2016  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate some of my salad and then notice the taste and flipped it over to see green slim on the bottom. The next day I was nauseous, throwing up, stomach cramps,headache. It lasted 6 days went to hospital twice  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
