I had Zaxbys on Sunday, May 13, 2018. I ate the Zax Snack around 12:00pm and I started feeling nausea instantly when I got in the car. I threw up at 3pm after I woke up from a nap. I also had diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

E coli is rumored to be on lots of romaine salad. I got a Caeser Salad Thursday for lunch. After midnight I kept waking up with stomach cramps. Then at 5am it all started... felt terrible for the last few days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
