I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal and had ranch as my sauce. I started to feel nauseated around 10:30 and threw up at 12:30am, 1:30am, 2:30am, 3:00am and 6:00am. The fever and chills persisted the rest of the morning up until 1:00pm  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Had zaxbys last night around 7. Laid down and around 1025p i woke up sweating and very dizzy. Stood up and made it to the restroom and proceeded to vomit for several minutes.
