I suspect it was shrimp. My husband and daughter and I all ate small amounts of the fried shrimp but I am the only one who got sick so I’m not 100% sure it was food poisoning.

Ate at bubba gumps last night at 9:30pm both me and my friend ate the shrimp appetizer and then we both had a cup of the gumbo, about an hour later we both had sever stomach cramps and diarrhea all through the night and now nauseous today with stomach cramping
