102218 年我去了 Chick FIL A. 我吃的只是水果杯，而我儿子有鸡肉三明治。大约 2 个小时后，我开始患有可怕的胃痉挛和腹泻。从那时起，我的症状恶化了，我一直在呕吐，自那时以来一直有腹泻。没人会帮我或者回我的电话。我不得不去紧急护理两次，现在正在服用 6 种不同的药物。

June 2, 2018 around 3pm, order chicken strips with fries and a coke. As of right now have been experiencing diarrhea.
