附加信息：身体发冷和疼痛持续 3 天。我和我的男朋友从机场吃了 chipotle，第二天都开始出现症状。他的病情更加严重，至少在 9 个小时内无法保持液体或任何东西不足。我的问题在几个小时内缓解了，但我们卧床不起了 3 天，身体疼痛/压痛，头痛最严重。我们有史以来最严重的食物中毒。

I ordered a bowl from there back in November and ended up with norovirus. This left me sick and having to get medication as I couldn’t stop the nausea or vomiting. After being asked by the doctor what could have caused it, I went through the list…

I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.
