I went to McDonald’s around 2:00pm on 2/25/18. I had a crispy chicken snack wrap (ranch) with French fries and a Carmel frappe. This was the only thing I ate that day. My symptoms started at 5:00pm that same day. I became extremely nauseous becoming very hot.…
