2017 年 12 月 20 日中午左右拿起一个没有奶酪、薯条和医学精灵的火腿和鸡蛋 McMuffin。在工作时打我 3 点左右感觉不舒服。当我 5 点回家时，我坐在躺椅上受伤了。剩下的时间里大约 8 点我在呕吐、腹泻、发冷和发烧。第二天不能去上班。第二天 5 点左右感觉好多了。

Within 48 hours of eating an egg Mcmuffin at around 5 pm I started vomiting. The nausea kept me up all night.
