I ate a double cheeseburger,medium fries and drink a cup of their coffee around noon on January 9th 2018. Not to long after I ate my body started feeling really tired so I layed on the couch til bed time. Woke up around 2am January 10th non stop diarrhea, vomiting,sweating,fever.

我吃了一个墨西哥胡椒汉堡和 mcnuggets。几个小时后，我有些消化不良，但我以为那只是因为吃油腻的食物。到第二天早上，我还有轻微的恶心。我拿了一些 Pep去。没有食物是开胃的。那天晚上，我的恶心变得更加严重，我因严重发烧而下来。我整夜都发烧和胃痉挛，无法保持水分。第二天是恶心、腹胀、抽筋、腹泻和脱水。
