Ate sausage mcmuffin with egg. Never sat right. Eventually had diarrhea and vomiting. Only thing I ate today.

整天在车里木制我们早餐和晚餐吃麦当劳早餐吃香肠肉汁和饼干，晚餐吃大麦饭我老婆和儿子都生病了晚上 6 点吃晚饭在晚上 8 点之前不停地在厕所抽筋发烧恶心最后在午夜之后呕吐，整整整三天都生病了家人！！
