拿到了柠檬胡椒黑线鳕和抓饭。这条鱼被送回厨房时已经半生了。他们在同一个盘子里给了我同样的鱼，里面有生鱼然后米饭的味道就变光了。我几乎没吃任何东西但还是让我生病了

Grilled chicken sandwich and side salad with ranch Thought I was in a colitis flare until I started vomiting then abdominal pain went away. Now I just have stomach pain. Symptoms started about 8 hours after eating. I kept burping up the taste of the sandwich

Ate sausage mcmuffin with egg. Never sat right. Eventually had diarrhea and vomiting. Only thing I ate today.
