症状开始前 2 小时，我喝了咖啡然后吃了 2 个草莓奶油派。那是我那天唯一吃的食物。出现的症状包括面部、手和脚麻木。极度出汗、发冷和全身疼痛。随后是 4 天的腹泻、恶心、头痛、呕吐和胃痛。

Ate sausage egg mcmuffins for breakfast my four yr old had diarrhea and vomited three times...then i had diarrhea and nausea. Someone needs to look at this place because someone else got poisoning from there as well.i am writing you from my toilet.

Ordered chicken nuggets and a plain double cheeseburger around 10 pm 02/25/18 Symptoms started early in the morning around 8 am when I woke up. Pretty sure it was the burger.
