我在这里通常没问题，但是昨天我在吃杏仁鸡和北京牛肉后的几个小时内病得很厉害。猛烈的头痛、发冷、腹泻、胃痉挛。整晚都睡不着。我以为是 Covid 但是一两天后它就消失了，这就是我知道那是食物中毒的原因。

I had the orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, sweetfire chicken, chow mein, white fried rice, and spring rolls. It was alot of food so I didn't eat it all in one day. I ate it yesterday and a couple hours later, I got stomach cramps. The cramps soon…
