有一个土耳其派来得很冷但还是饿了然后吃了。我上床睡觉之前我的肚子有点恶心。半夜醒来时肚子肿，感觉恶心然后呕吐了一个小时。第二天早上醒来时头疼但是否则还可以。

On Aug 28, 2018 late in the evening i ate at Polly's on Adams Ave. Had 1 roll, pea soup and the steak kabobs -noticed the soup was not hot. Got home and lost all my food-took Pepto Bismal.
