我在中午12点30分左右点了一个长条金枪鱼三明治作为午餐，这是我一整天唯一吃的东西。晚上8点30分左右我感到有点恶心，90分钟后我开始出汗、发冷、呕吐并出现爆发性腹泻。

Warm teriyaki chicken roll & the only thing I eat that day. Caused temp, vomiting, diarrhoea then fainted in bathroom causing trip to RNS Hospital with fractured rib & 7 stitches in head would. They have chicken warm in counter for as long as it takes to sell.
