Tuna Sub Triggers Illness

I ordered the footlong tuna sub for lunch at around 12.30pm, it was the only thing I ate all day. At around 8.30pm I noticed a bit of nausea, 90 minutes later I was sweating, had chills, vomitted and had explosive diarrhoea.

Warm Chicken Roll Illness

Warm teriyaki chicken roll & the only thing I eat that day. Caused temp, vomiting, diarrhoea then fainted in bathroom causing trip to RNS Hospital with fractured rib & 7 stitches in head would. They have chicken warm in counter for as long as it takes to sell.
