Ordered a nachos bellgrande early in the day, went home and took a nap until i was awaken by some awful stomach cramps, every half hour i was running to the toilet to vomit, it was to the point that i had nothing to give and after about 8 hours i drove myself to the emergency room.

At around 9 pm yesterday evening I ate a cheesy bean and rice burrito and a chicken burrito. I think the culprit is most likely the rice, because I was the only one who had rice out of those that ate there with me. Around eight hours…
