2024 年 8 月 11 日星期日，我和我的妻子吃了烧烤味鸡肉沙拉。2024 年 8 月 12 日星期一，我的妻子清晨开始恶心然后呕吐并出现腹泻。当我工作的时候，她打电话给我，说她已经在洗手间里待了 40 多分钟了，呕吐了，感觉虚弱/发冷，身体疼痛，非常恶心。后来在她挂断电话之后，我开始看着变得非常寒冷和发抖，从腰部开始向上延伸到脖子后部和肩膀上。我们都接受了冠状病毒检测，两次结果呈阴性。

Today, August 30th, around noon, I ate the Five spice chicken Asian style salad with rice noodles. Only I ate the food, for dinner last night around 7/7:30pm. Thought there was a metallic aftertaste but dismissed my concern. First got sick this morning around 6:30 am, threw up including mushroom pieces.
