Waffle House #478 于 2026 年 1 月 2 日（星期五）下午 6 点左右位于 Meridian MS Exposure 的罗巴克大道（贝蒙特酒店旁边）。2025 年 1 月 5 日医院急诊室就诊的弯曲杆菌确诊病例。患者（我的成人）订购了一顿烤鸡肉三明治餐，送到餐桌时看起来还不错。病人说，后来无意中听到厨师向另一位同事和坐在酒吧的常客提及她正在 “和烧烤架打架”。这些信息现在似乎很重要。2026年1月6日，患者被证实仍出现症状。
