On jan 23 16 7:30pm i went to Mariah Mariah Mexican food of Walnut Creek with my family and girlfriend. I ordered a chile relleno with carnitas. 1 hour later and I felt a knot in my stomach. As we getting ready to leave i scape the food into the box and i saw a 5inch black hair in my food. So we all just headed home where i took a nap. And woke up vomiting and rushing to the bathroom. Where i spent all night and morning. The next day i drag myself to work. Just to through up again. So i go home and start the hell all over again. I am still feeling discomfort and have not gotten my stomach back. And it has been 3 days. My gf felt discomfort as well but she has no symptoms like ive had.-Mark Zygutis
