Bought two for $5.00 chicken sandwich and ice water around 1720 pm through drive through. Added onions and tomato to regular sandwich of lettuce and mayo. Ate 2 sandwiches and almost immediately began symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. Lasted through the night. It is noe 1353 the next day and my stomach is still grumbling with intermittent nausea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
