Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich tues april 24th @ 4pm, by 6pm had diaherria the rest of the day and the next followed by vomitting lettuce. This was the only thing i ate all day. With the current e coli outbreak from romaine lettuce comimg from Arizona I think this is why i got sick after researching Arizona is where they get their lettuce from. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
