食品安全报告：Chipotle。

I ate dinner at chipotle around 7pm last night. I ordered the barbacoa. Put all the toppings except the cheese and sour cream because I cannot eat dairy. I remember thinking it tasted sour like a lot of lemon might of been added. However, I was hungry and continued to finish my bowl. In the middle of the night I was awakened with my stomach in knots and feeling like I had to vomit. I rushed to the bathroom with diarrhea and a trash can on my lap for vomiting. Almost 24 hours later, still not feeling ok. Had to call into work and now am not permo back for 72 hours. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
