I ate half a bowl of chipotle with barbacoa, brown rice, black beans, spicy sauce, lettuce, guac, and sour cream literally up all night with diarrhea and nausea wanting to throw up. Pepto bismol is not helping. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
