I ate the burrito bowl with barbacoa, carnitas, pico de gallo, Tabasco, guacmole, and lettuce last night. I had severe diarrhea at 5:30 this morning, followed by severe nausea, then vomitting shortly therafter. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
