Me & my nephew went to chipotle on Monday 4/22 around 11am. We both ordered the Barbacoa burrito bowl and had same ingredients except for mine didn't have corn. He got sick almost immediately after eating with cramping, nausea and diarrhea. It lasted all day and through the night with cold shivers. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
