I got chipotle in Fairfax, VA on Sunday, July 16th. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. I hadn't even finished eating before I became extremely nauseous. I got violently sick the rest of the day and couldn't keep anything down. I spent hours in the bathroom vomiting. I felt extremely dehydrated so I tried to drink some water and couldn't even keep that down for more than 2 minutes. | 症状: 呕吐
