Had a bowl with no meat. Noticed that both the salsa and guacamole tasted 'off' - sort of 'fizzy'. Within about 12 hours I had a very unhappy stomach - still not right a week later. I have been travelling for work but will see the doctor when I get back to San Francisco. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
