I became violently ill on 06/11/19 approximately 6 hours after eating a mixed green salad I bought. I added Hummus to the Salad. I had severe symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, and fatigue for 3 hours. I was unable to keep any liquids down during that time. Items were purchased the week of June 3rd.
