Mahi Mahi Frozen fish fillet. Caused nausea vomitting and diarrhea for all who consumed or came in contact with the fish. Symptoms showed up between 6 and 24 hours for all lasting 3-4 days.

My husband bought Wagyu beef from Kirkland on Sunday, cooked it Monday. The whole family experienced food poisoning symptoms to varying degrees that evening and the next morning. Called them but response was pretty tepid.
