Mahi Mahi Frozen fish fillet. Caused nausea vomitting and diarrhea for all who consumed or came in contact with the fish. Symptoms showed up between 6 and 24 hours for all lasting 3-4 days.

On 7/9/24 I purchased 2 cantaloupes from Costco. One tasted great. The other had a strange, bitter taste I’ve never experienced with cantaloupe before. No visual sign anything was wrong with the melon. Online research suggests the taste was caused by pesticide residue.
