On Monday July 1, 2019 at 12:30 pm I ate already heated up Mac and cheese with bacon on it sitting on heating tray. I began to get very nauseous and vomited water at 3:30 pm... lost my vision and was disoriented and vomited more water. I was driven home where I hade terrible painful bloody diaherea on going day and night for days. Finally got ride to Little Falls NY ER and they diagnosed me with severe blood loss, food poisoning, dysentery, severe colitis, severe dehydration , high fevers, bacterial infection , pain and extreme weakness. I’ve been out of work without pay for this entire week still trying to recover... I haven’t been able to eat since that awful Monday’s lunch from there! | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 血色凳子, 脱水, 弱点
