I got the $5 meal, ordered fries, strawberry soda, 2 cheese and one chik..about an hour later I started getting serious pains in my stomach, went to the bathroom but couldn’t go..then started to vomit everything I just had..stomach still hurt so then started having diarrhea..it’s been a few hours and my stomach still feels queasy and slightly painful | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
