- comments: 5-205. 11 observed hand washing sink blocked with utensils inside of the basin located in the rear raw meat/deli food prep area. Instructed to remove utensils from basin and always maintain accessiblity at the hand washing sink at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed about 50 live small flies located in the raw meat/deli customer service food prep area, and about 5 large flies in the rear dry storage and customer service area. Instructed to eliminate live large and small flies activity, sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 6-202. 13 observed a bug light install over a prep table located in the raw meats/deli customer service food prep area. Instructed to remove insect control device and do not install insect control devices in food prep areas.
