Ate salad, 11/2 breadsticks, salmon w/broccoli entree. Chocolate mousse dessert shooter. Also, 10 days prior I ate at same location (Green Acres mall) & got stomachache but no diarrhea. Ate salad & shrimp scampi, breadsticks. No dessert. Will avoid OG for a long while. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
