吃了几口鸡肉和米饭（味道很棒本来想申请退款但没有）我吃了一块备用排骨味道也很棒。
一小时后我才意识到自己有问题，就一直在拉裤子。接下来的一个小时我一直在呕吐。我以为过几天就会停止。坚持了 14 天最后我住院了。严重脱水导致肾功能不全等问题。经检测呈寄生虫阳性，医生证实食物中毒，而且寄生虫可能来自鸡。谢天谢地我在获释时接受了治疗我会完全康复的 | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 头痛, 脱水

Great question. Typically, parasites do not cause symptoms within an hour. Symptoms that appear that quickly are usually linked to toxins or bacteria in the food, not parasites.
