Had a cheeseburger, fries, and cheese sauce from Small Cheval on Wells 5/9/2026 and 10 hours later was severely unwell - symptoms consistent with food poisoning. Severe stomach pain, diarrhea, chills, nausea. :(| 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 恶心
