10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the front hand sink in poor repair(leaking and broken pipe)also water was turn off due to the leak. Noted the rear hand sink not accessible due to bags of food inside sink. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-030(c).

35. Approved thawing methods used
- comments: observed tcs foods frozen chicken strips and frozen chop steak thawing out in the rear hand sink. Instructed manager on properly thaw tcs foods. Manager place items inside the walk in cooler.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning along the wall base and in corners in the storage areas and walk in cooler and freezer to remove spills and debris.
