I ate a wrap, containing guacamole, about 9 pm. I began having severe stomach cramps, feeling sweaty, dizzy, nauseous, and gassy about an hour later. Then I had diarrhea pretty bad. It has been almost 3 hours since I ate the wrap and I am still having cramping and diarrhea.
