I ate a wrap, containing guacamole, about 9 pm. I began having severe stomach cramps, feeling sweaty, dizzy, nauseous, and gassy about an hour later. Then I had diarrhea pretty bad. It has been almost 3 hours since I ate the wrap and I am still having cramping and diarrhea. I was the only one who had added guacamole to my wrap, so that is why I believe the guacamole was contaminated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating, Gas
