4pm on saturday, chicken ceasar wrap with microwaved chicken, lettuce, tomatos, pickles, onions, jalapenos, ceasar dressing.Woke up at 4/5 am with stomach cramps, naseau, by 7 am back and forth on toilet with all water stool, finally threw up the entire contents of stomach tasting the wrap i ate the day before, this was only meal i had yesterday | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
