Ate two 4inch sandwiches with salami and pepperoni, banana peppers, black olives, mustard. Half way through the second sandwich my stomach started to feel queasy. The rest of the day at work my stomach felt uneasy and lost appetite when came to dinner. I went straight to bed after work. Wake up a few hours later with an urge you to use the bathroom. Had off and on diarrhea all through the night. In the morning I vomited after. Would think by this time the food would have been digested. Nope you could see the banana peppers still. Work sent I and another worker home due to continued need to use the bathroom and vomiting. This was on Wednesday September 18 2019 when we ate for lunch both I and co-worker. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
