I took my 22 year old son to get some lunch around 12:00 pm on Feb. 26 th. He ordered a Mexican Pizza with sour cream and a Nacho Bell Grande. Around 6:00pm, he started feeling nauseous with a stomachache. By 8pm, he started vomiting every 2 hours. He also developed diaharria. The next day the doctor said food poisoning. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
